The functionality of the property and responsibility of the hotel services catering and conferences are entrusted to the Consortium Gualino Villa a subsidiary of Finpiemonte and shared by the Chamber of Commerce of Turin which has licensed from the Piedmont Region and the whole complex to manage services both for the work of restoration and requalification. The accommodation and conference booking and upon authorization of Regione Piemonte is available to public and private for conducting conferences seminars workshops courses and master and the hospitality of visiting professor young researchers and more in general participants engaged in cultural exchange programs and training.
