I don't think anyone goes to Vilnius for weeks. But for few days it's perfect. The rooms are quite small, but it compensates with the location. It is in the very heart of the old town. The famous icon is right next to it. In my room there were tea/coffee making facilities, nice toilettries, heated floor in the bathroom (which I love! feels great!), ironing board. Business center in the hotel is quite expensive, but Wi-Fi is free of charge everywhere in the hotel. There is also wellness area with small pool, jacuzzi, few exercise machine. Well, I'd come back there again.
