Booked this hotel using laterooms.com (good site - have used it lots) having read the tripadvisor reviews. The price was very reasonable.The staff were friendly and helpful,the room was standard 3star type,usual facilities.Breakfast was included,buffet style,good selection. Urbino is reached by local bus which works well and saves having to drive and park in the town. The restaurant which is under seperate ownership is excellent - full when we were there on a Sunday night, mainly Italian clientele and good value with well presented local specialities on the menu. Note that this hotel does not have leisure facilities or gardens if you want that kind of thing.
