I recommend this hotel. It was very very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, location was beautiful, overlooking the ocean and the bay of Salerno, the restaurant had a huge terrace overlooking the ocean and was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food was fantastic. Train station was in walking distance probably 15-20 minutes away or otherwise a taxi fare was approx. Euro8.00 one way. The rooms were very spacious and clean but I was under the impression that all the rooms overlooked the ocean and had a balcony - unfortunately I ended up with a road view and a window and at night the noice of traffic could be heard below. The bathroom had a shower but the cubicle was very small. Reception didn't have any pamphlets on timetables for the boats or buses to Positano and the Amalfi coast but the staff directed us on where to go to get the information. I will definately stay there again if the opportunity arises. Great hotel and a great holiday.
