Hotel Saint Louis - Marseille, France 

Great hotel, nicely located such that you can walk to the main sights. One of the receptionists recommended a place for dinner that was the highlight of our stay, which we are grateful for. Nice room, the only thing lacking perhaps was a rug on the floor (the tiles were a bit cold). Was lovely to sit on the balcony one afternoon enjoying a beer and watching the people out in the square in front. I wouldn't advise getting the breakfast which is ok but overpriced for what you get.

We spent a few days in Hotel Saint Louis with my wife. The experience was very nice. The reception staff is warm and easy to talk with : they gave us good tips about the city and the places to go (restaurants, visits...). Basically, it is the kind of hotel you feel like at home. I think they have done some works, but anyway it looks new and the bed is good : I wish I could have one like this at home!
