Un séjour sympatique, dans un hotel charmant, mais ou au vue de la classification de létablissement, les détails devraient etre plus soignés. A commencer par une Cour Intérieure certes ravissante, mais ou il est difficile de circuler en talons ( je parle pour mon épouse.. nous navions pas de chaussures de randonnée avec nous ce jour la ! ) .. heureusement que le bagagiste nous propose son aide pour "tirer" difficilement, les bagages sur les pavés... Arrivons ensuite dans un hall de réception, orné d'arrangements en plastique. dans un établissement de cette gamme, on peut déja sattendre à voir plus de fleurs fraiches ... ( nous ne ferons pas de commentaires sur les uniformes des uns et des autres... certains employés ne nous ont dailleurs pas caché de donner leur opinion, sur les vetements qu'on leur imposait ). Un accueil tres professionnel et agréable au niveau de la réception... les choses se gatent ensuite quand il s'agit de traverser un parcours semé dembuches pour atteindre la chambre. ( je parle la de devoir emjamber les paniers de linge des femmes de chambre qui parsèment les couloirs ) .Arrivée dans la chambre;OUF, rien à dire. Un bel espace aménagé avec gout .. une salle de bain éclairée a la lumière du jour. . avec vue sur un beau jardin. Nous avons opté pour un forfait Soirée Charme et ne serons pas dessus du menu, inclus ds le forfait. un succulent repas nous sera servi dans un restaurant rafiné non fumeur ! quel plaisir !!
Un sommelier tres profesionnel et avec un grand sens de l'humour nous as fait passé une soirée inoubliable. Lendemain matin au petit déjeuner, un accueil impeccable, avec une jeune dame efficace et souriante. un petit déjeuner copieux avec un vaste choix sur le buffet: un regret, que les jus d'orange ne soit pas pressé ! Fin du séjour, on nous raccompagne à la voiture en nous portant les valises... Une belle nuitée passée à Obernai, dans cet hotel de charme ou il fait bon vivre et ou le personnel fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme, mais ou les détails laisseront les plus éxigents sur leur faim...
