This is a nice hotel a few blocks from the train station and close to the town center. Rooms were basic and clean - bathrooms a little outdated. Great breakfast - the most choices we had in all the hotels we stayed at in Italy - great variety of breads, pastries, cereals and meats. Boat dock and promenade just a couple blocks away. Hotel provides nice large umbrellas which were a godsend as it rained the entire time of our stay. Isola Bella tour was wonderful nevertheless. Stresa and Lake Maggiore are incredibibly beautiful. Lots of great restaurants and friendly locals.

Commençons par les points positifs et suivons l'ordre chronologique des événements: fin juillet, j'ai passé 3 nuits à l'hôtel Meeting, bien placé, propre dans l'ensemble, d'un prix raisonnable (225 euros pour le séjour). Tout s'est donc bien déroulé jusqu'au dernier jour où je me suis aperçue qu'un de mes pantalons (le seul de marque dans les vêtements emmenés et acheté 15 jours auparavant) avait disparu de l'armoire où il avait été rangé ! Interrogée sur cette disparition, la réceptionniste a garanti le professionnalisme du personnel ... Quelle déception de terminer le séjour sur ce vol !
