we needed somewhere that was central to the normandy beaches and had parking. we were very pleased with our choice.we had a room with a balcony with a sea view.the shower was very good, the bed comfortable and the room was clean, tidy and fresh.there was loads of free parking outside the hotel, but i would imagine in summer it may get a tad busy. although from the outside it looks like a 70's throw back hotel there seemed to be a lot of new furniture and decoration, all in good taste.the staff were very helpfull, spoke a bit of english and smiled. the jewel in this hotels crown was the food in the resteraunt.it is fantastic.we were a little worried about the menu but the food was all local and fresh and of michelin standard. i recommend the local norman beer that they serve, far better than the massed produced stuff, but a bit on the potent side.
