When we arrived (family of 7) we were given a smelly, dirty room that had animal hair all over it and stains that looked like dried blood in the bathroom. They gave us a vacuum to vacuum it ourselves!!! NOT! They offered us another room....minus the animal hair it was just as dirty. Burn marks in the bed spreads. If it wasn't so late and my kids so tired, we would have left! We stripped the beds down and used our own blankets. NEVER AGAIN will we stay at this particular hotel!
