- In the past, anytime I needed to fly out of the Portland Oregon Airport, I would stay at the nearby Super 8 Motel. The service was good and the rooms affordable. Recently, however, a long weekend trip was planned, necessitating a drive up to Portland and an overnight stay near the airport to catch an early morning flight. Because of the convenient location of the Portland Airport Super 8, I decided to try it again. Still very clean, very affordable and very quiet. The room was very basic, but tastefully decorated. And included a clock radio and coffee maker (the coffee maker was unnecessary, as they offer a nice complimentary breakfast). The clerks at the desk were friendly at both check in/check out. One of the best "amenities" of this motel is it's location. Conveniently located right off the 205 at the Airport Exit.. Read review
