To be honest I wasn't expecting much from this place, just 29 Euros for a twin room on a Friday night made it cheaper than most hostels. And its location on the slightly seedy Rue D'Anspach, the effective dividing line between the commercial centre and the more run-down Arab immigrant ghetto area, didn't inspire me either.
But what a surprise ! The rooms were spartan, but clean and safe. Check-in was smooth, surprisingly for such a cheap place they accepted credit cards, staff were polite and the reception area was quite pleasant to chill in.
The location was also superb for nightlife, just minutes from O'Reillys and the other central Brussels bars. For sightseeing, the Grande Place is just 2 minutes walk away.
For a short stay in Brussels on a low budget this place can't be beaten.

Nous sommes aller à Bruxelles pour un WK amoureux.
arriver sur place notre première objectif est de trouver un hotel.
Nous avons donc trouver l'Hotel Mirabeau. L'accueil est
EXCELLENT, le prix de notre chambre était de 85euros.
pour ce prix là je m'attendais à un peu mieux quand même.
C'est un hotel 2 étoiles !!! La salle de bain était douteuse avec
le strict minimum (pas de savon). La télé n'a jamais fonctionner,
(soir de 1/4 de final de rugby) malgrès notre demande.
Enfin bref le plus c'est qu'il est vraiment bien placé dans la ville,
et que le petit déj est compris (heureusement).
