Dining

• Mist: An all hours dining restaurant which brings in the element of "water" into the design of the hotel. It flows into the outdoor pool, inspiring the art and decoration of the space. The Espresso bar greets you as you enter the space, which then opens up beyond the curve of the lobby to the café, the wood fired pizza oven and a raised conservatory seating area, leading out to the garden. This provides a visual link to the outside and a new route to the pool terrace. MIST has a predominantly Italian menu and a great selection of Asian and Mediterranean recipes and a daily breakfast buffet from7:00 am to 10:30 am, complimentary for all resident guests.

• Fire: the contemporary Indian restaurant is at the lobby level. An arresting element of the design is the curved bronze wall separating Agni and FIRE. The continuous window at eye level affords glimpses into the bar through a unique simulated barrier of raging fire specially created by LEDS and Perspex.
Awarded the best Indian restaurant the third year running, Fire serves traditional, authentic, classic Indian food with a contemporary twistthe contemporary Pan Indian restaurant basically for lunch & Dinner.

• Agni: a cocktail lounge which is Devilish, Passionate, Hot & Wicked which excludes energy & celebrates life. It is the most talked about and happening night club of the city. Relax into a plush leather tub chair surrounding glowing glass tables while grazing from a delicious all-day menu. The 35 foot long creates its own magic. The bar mixologists , in uniforms styled by Rohit Bal, create old favourites and new concoctions like Rose Martinis, Love Junk and Seasonal Fruit Margaritas. At the far end of the long bar is the dance floor. The resident DJ’s hot picks from world music keep the rhythm going, while the firewall reinforces the dynamic warmth of the space.
