We stayed here two nights upon arrival in Lima. We came in very late--2:00 AM--and were greeted warmly and efficiently and were in our rooms in 10 min. The rooms are large and comfortable and the beds are excellent. The location is a bit out of the way, but it is on the edge of the largest olive grove in Peru. We took several walks in the park and felt safe and comfortable in doing so. With all the pricey houses around, police and citizen patrols are everywhere.
The food in the restaurante was excellent with some nice gourmet presentations. Breakfast was excellent with some nice omelets and a wide variety of choices, including fresh juices.
I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation.
We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a tour group. The hotel is right opposite a lovely park; a walk in which makes a great start to the day
We found the reception staff and the porters very helpful and pleasant. We moved rooms from a rather dark and musty inside room to a bright and sunny outside one..so it's worth asking for that in the first place.
Rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable
The breakfast buffet was good and the waiters attentive...but..you have to watch out if you eat in the restaurant at night as they add a "cover charge" which is not listed at the bottom of the bill with the service charge and taxes but appears in the food and drink charges!
We complained and the reception staff removed it from our account.
