The concierge, Troy was most helpful in dining reservations, transportation, and tours. All the amenities in the bathroom were Molton Brown and very lovely.. Read review
Posted: Oct 17, 2005 - cko - Before our arrival I had contacted the conceirge staff and requested dinner reservations, limosine service, and two dozen roses to be in our room when we arrived. The staff was world class all the way, and I can say this with many years under my belt of world travel. We flew in early so our suite was not ready, that was no problem because we really wanted to explore Charleston a little and get some lunch at a local spot we heard great things about (Aw Shuck's) it was great! We were back in about two hours and our suite was ready. The room was extremly clean, and the bathroom was very large and well stocked with all kinds of things. The service once again was outstanding, even though this spa is not massive like other spas in the country it had a very personal feel to it, the staff just pampered you the whole day. From great treatments to the awesome lunch pool side. Well when I booked the conceirge must of told them the situation and they gave us the biggest suite I have ever seen!. Read review
