Positive: spacious rooms, high ceilings (especially in the restroom, makes it feel bigger), building in impeccable condition, friendly staff, good location for 2 reasons: in the middle of a big strip / outdoor mall, with a lot of stores, restaurants and even a movie theater at walking distance and in a strategic location to get on the highway and go to Sea World or Downtown in 15 - 20 minutes. Negative: very short staffed (the night we arrived there was only one employee in the entire hotel), breakfast pulled 10 minutes earlier (at 9:20) and it was just OK, not that good, the sofa bed is impossible to sleep in, the AC is a bit noisy (window units instead of central), pillows are very thin once you have your head on them, soap & shampoo provided are really bad. Didn't use the pool, so cannot comment on that.
