I especially liked the customer service that the desk clerk gave me (Cristy). My family and I thought I had reserved it somewhere else and kinda got lost looking for it. The location was good for access to downtown/riverwalk, the hotel staff was very very nice and the only positive thing was that Shawn at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I liked all: the room was big, the check-in person was efficient.

Convenient for the price, staff was great and the breakfast was abundant.

The sink in the batroom area did not drain well & there was a problem, the only thing i didn't like was the fact that i looked the hotel up on the internet said there was blow dryers in the room and the bathroom was pretty dirty.
