Good Rooms, Dirty Outside Posted: Fri, Apr 11 2008

The rooms were well kept with good furniture. The outside needed a good power washing all over and painting. Also we did not get the advertized contiental breakfast (they said they did not have breakfast) although the web site and the advertisement cards in every room said otherwise!!! In general, for what we got- we thought it was a bit overpriced, but the owners seemed like hard working people. The older gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and polite.
This hotel was dirty, the staff was unconcerned about their guests. We checked in and decided to take a nap. There were no security locks on the door and the desk clerk walked in the room while we were sleeping. We had no maid service. We ran out of towels, soap, and TP! We had planned to stay at this hotel until Monday but checked out Saturday evening and found a more accomodating hotel. I asked for reimbursement but was denied. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying at this hotel.
