I was initially disappointed to discover that this hotel is located right off highway 35 instead of in the quaint German town as I had envisioned. After that, I was greeted by pleasant and courteous staff who helped us figure out how to get to the rafting and other attractions. I made a couple of requests such as an extra blanket and lightbulbs and Taylor, from the front desk, brought them to our room promptly. New Braunfels proper is a short jaunt by car.

Hamton/Hilton are nice hotels they partner up<br>We staid at Hamton New Braunfels It was rilley Clean Staff were nice plus a free Brekfast! <br>But one night We camped @ Canyon lake Then that night after when we opend the room door<br>it was hot the ac setting was on hi cool I guess that our ac turned into a heater! <br>we went to the front desk and she said she will call the fixing guy. <br>so we saw that the ac bloo up!<br>about 45 min. later:<br>The fixng came in he cheked the ac.<br>He said &quot;i will be right back&quot;<br>About 15 min. later:<br>He wheeld in a new ac and took th old one out.<br>Thats our story.
