Not the cleanest!

The carpet was dingy, my husband watched a bug crawl through the bottom of the door because there was too much space in between, there were plenty of towels and wash cloths, but we probably won't stay again because of the cleanliness...and we paid * a night on the weekend!

The personnel at this location are awesome. They are the most helpful and knowledgable group of young people I've seen in years. Everyone was cheerful. Every time I had a question, I got an answer. With a smile, too! Great job!

Clean rooms, staff was very helpful, what you would expect for an economy night stay. Location was great for Lackland trip.

My son's 8th birthday was ruined. I called a month in advance for a particular type of room. I already had reservations 30 days prior and spoke for a very long time arranging the room with the front desk person. My son wanted to be able to have his 2 buddies in one room and have us down the hall or somewhere else. We wanted our privacy from the boys so we wanted a Suite that had living area separating our room from the boys room. This way we could have his cake and small party in the Living area. I EVEN CANCELLED A ROOM EXACTLY LIKE I WANTED FOR this HOTEL. So we show up and it is- basically two rooms attached. No living area and ONE BATHROOM FOR 5 PEOPLE!!!!! We had no soap and the phone was not working. We did not get soap till 12 midnight because by the time I noticed- only the front desk was there. I called immediately to complain and was told I could not be helped. They are booked and I could check out. I was also told by the male desk person that they DID have that room but someone else got it? He was not going move me and again and again told me to check out if i wanted too. Here it was Saturday night, all the boys were here and It is my son's birthday. We stayed because I had already told the boys parents where we were for p/up in the morning. My son was devastated and well they did not care. When I called for soap, after complaining- they would not answer the phone. They let it ring 40 times I started counting after the 1st few. They dont care!
