What a pleasant surprise of a hotel and hotel staff! First of all, the look of the hotel is gorgeous. They have these neat cavernous type walls and a charming elevator. After checking in and dropping off our bags, we inquired about locating a parking garage for the car. We must have looked pretty clueless because we got a personal escort to the garage from the super friendly receptionist! On our walk back with her, we had a pleasant conversation and she tried teaching us some Czech. Talk about going above and beyond. The room was simply gorgeous and we wish we would have stayed more than one night. The decor was full of character and colors. We had a nice view of the park. The included breakfast was in the cafe next door - accessible from the hotel lobby and was very good. Overall, I would definitely stay here again while in Plzen. You can tell that the staff and owner care a great deal about making their guests happy and the hotel itself is beautiful and full of character.
