Grand Hyatt Amman - Amman, Jordan 

We spent three nights at this excellent well maintained hotel .The check in was effortless and the room wonderfully clean and quite luxurious ,The bathroom splendid .Every meal we had over the three days was excellent and the service always impeccable .Due to time changes we walked into the Italian restaurant five minutes before last orders i.e. 11pm .We were made to feel very welcome . The indoor and outdoor pools are wonderful and also warm .I have nothing to fault this hotel with .I have several friends who have stayed in Amman recently at other hotels all of whom were disappointed .I would definitely return .

For jordan this is a great hotel. However I feel the need to stress that people who are staying in Amman should consider other alternatives such as le meridien, or the 4 seasons or even the sheraton. I found that the rooms were small and cramped up and the service is not on the money. It is still of course a 5 star hotel but i am a well seasoned traveller and have been to most of the hotels in Amman. If you are inexperienced this hotel will no doubt impress but for those who pay attention to detail be wise and shift elsewhere!
