Staff was nice, room was ok but very noisy because room faced the freeway. I had a hard time falling asleep without ear plugs.

Located right off the 5 freeway its not exactly close to the beach or any major attractions. But the place was packed with families around the pool & they have receptions going on that keeps the place humming. The rooms are clean & comfortable, ample free parking, decent sized pool w/ nicely cushioned heavy duty furniture. The restaurant was small but colorful. The food was good, moderately priced and lots of it. They also have a cozy karaoke bar. Plenty of eating choices across the street. The ones we tried was an Italian restaurant called "Spassos" with great calamari appetizer, excellent pasta choices & great spumoni for dessert. Nearby is a Claim Jumper and a Mexican restaurant. Acroos the street is "Villa Roma" an argentine-italian restaurant w/ live music. Sunday was tango night . We tried their delicious all meat main course for 2 ($30, great price) and we had enough to ask for the doggie bag. Great argentine wine at under $30. Besides it is a nice looking Japanese Teppan & Sushi place called "Yamato" . You won't go hungry staying at this place. There is also a "Starbucks" for your Frappucino fix. Did I mention internet access was free!
