Sanctuary South Beach - Miami Beach, USA 

My friend and I stayed at Sanctuary South Beach for the 1st week of July 08 . The hotel was amazing and kept very clean. Totally opposite from what we had read from some of the reviews. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. The room that we booked was a suite. It was very spacious and very clean. It was equipped with a kitchenette, micro wave, coffe/ tea maker, and mini fridge/ minibar that contained different kinds of beverages. The hotel maids were very nice - we never had to worry about not having enough towels or toileteries. The rain shower was amazing, and you never had to worry about running out of hot water. At night, we never heard any of our neigbors or the restaurant music in our hotel suite, we slept very soundly...I loved the down duvets on our beds and wanted to take them home. The plasma tv's were nice and you had plenty of channels to choose from. The continental breafast was very nice. You had a wide variety of food to choose from. There were little mini cakes, different kinds of cereals, along with bagels, croissants, breads and fresh fruit served daily along with orange juice and coffee. The roof top terrace had a small pool with jets- it was very peaceful up there and very relaxing. The hotel location is very central to all stores, restaurants and bars. This is a nice, clean hotel that I would recommend.

We stayed for one night. Pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, friendliness and beautiful property. We were greeted immediately by very friendly staff who took our bags to our room. The front desk attendant, Fata, and so helpful and made sure our every need was met. Our room, a suite, was more than we expected. it was like a one bedroom apartment, really. Very comfortable size for two people. My only con: the continental breakfast. Cold, hard bagels, bread and muffins. Yuck. We easily walked to Lincoln Road to enjoy a real breakfast. Will definitely go back!!
