The hotel was very clean, the entire staff was attentive to my needs as expected and the lady on the phone was very helpful in getting this accomplished. The service was great – ate at Fearings for breakfast only was good and the Spa was excellent. . Read review

CLEANLINESS: This hotel was impeccably clean, for the price paid I expect better service than we experienced and the suite was a typical Ritz classic. Breakfast was delicious, the gym was excellent.
