Wingate Inn Dallas Market Center - Dallas, USA 

Very nice hotel with good clean rooms, comfortable beds and well kept facilities. The staff members, however, were absolutely SUPER! I couldn't have asked for nicer, more service oriented folks. A friends car battery went dead in the parking lot and a staff member got the jumper cables and started the car. No talk about calling a tow truck. Just great folks. I was without a car, and later that night I asked for advice on a good place for dinner - they took me there in the shuttle and the resturant manager volunteered to give me a lift back to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was well done...food was fresh and nicely presented. I highly recommend this hotel, not just because of the facility, but the staf. Nice people providing great service with a caring attitude. I'm going back next weekend.

A "Gentlemen's Club" is right next door. I was tired and needed to fly out early so I settled on this hotel. There were meth-heads in the parking lot at 2:30 a.m. I had read about the smashed window on Trip Advisor, but could not remember which hotel. At least the front desk clerk did not lie. He informed me that they often have vehicle windows broken through out the area. I would not rely on the hotel for shuttle service to catch a flight. They didn't follow through with a wake-up call. The facility is a little smokey. All the hotels seemed shady with nafarious characters off of Stemmons I35/Mockingbird/ Reagal Row area. However for the price this seemed to be a little cleaner and newer. Next time I will stay further away and probably pay more.
