Our overall stay was great! I would choose to stay here again.

The room space and layout is ideal.

This hotel is only a couple stories in height and the sign sits at ground level. So, it wasdifficult to find in the dark.

The hotel was right across the street from American Airlines Center which was convenient. However I payed for a room with two double beds and a separate bedroom because<BR/>I was traveling with three other people. I even had my receipt. They said they didn't have any of those rooms available.

It was directly across from the American Airlines Center.

It does look just like the pictures. They offer garaged parking for $6 per day, which isn't bad that close to downtown Dallas. The room was beautiful, as was the rest of the hotel. LOVED the big flat screen TV! Very roomy and very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had included with my hotel room. Lots of tables for everyone to eat, and lots of food choices. The kitchen included everything you could imagine. The only downside for us were the down pillows - I'm allergic, but they had a synthetic one up in the big closet.

Overall, the hotel and our stay was great! The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, comfortable and the I liked the decor.

Something not mentioned above that I really liked was the covered garage parking.

Not familiar with the area, the location and being on a one way street.
