West Inn And Suites - Carlsbad, USA 

we stayed at the West Inn Carlsbad for three nights, and were very sad to leave. The service was prompt and polite but didnt feel forced or overdone. The included hot breakfast got us started each day on the right foot and saved money on eating out. West also has a bistro and upscale dining on the property, good but expensive. The room was not huge but big enough, and the linens and bed were outstanding, wanted to bring them home. All in all, West Inn was a great, comfortable place to stay and I would definitely stay again!

Was in Carlsbad again on business and stayed at the West Inn as I usually do. This is my third stay and each time has been a wonderful experience. My room was very clean, the bed is always comfortable and the air conditioning works. Some hotels will show the temp at "65" but you know the actual is not even close to that number. In this place...it is legit. Since I stay there on business the free internet connection is extremely important. Connection is very good with not breaks or gaps. Turndown service is good and I like when housekeeping leaves the radio on so when I return from the office I walk in to a nice relaxing atmosphere with music in the background. I enjoy the paper in front of my door each morning. Unfortunately, I have never had time to enjoy the breakfast. Bathrooms were very clean and towels were abundant. My boss now is hooked on this place and my friend tells all his East Coast family member to stay there when they are in town. Rooms are quiet and the staff is friendly...everything you need when on the road.
