We stayed here from 6/19-6/26. I travelled here with my mom (61), my son (12) and my daughter (6). We had a fun-packed vacation and while we didn't get to spend much time at the resort, what time we did spend was awesome. Check in was a cinch, our room did overlook the parking lot, but it was no big deal. It was very close to the kid's pool, which we go to use twice. The kids loved it! We did have our garbage disposal back up on us, however the front desk sent someone right out to fix it. They were very friendly. And if we needed anything, I'd just call the front desk, and it would be at our door in 10 minutes! Our rooms were super clean! And I loved our spacious bathroom. Parking was almost impossible on the weekend... and we had to park in the restaurant lot one night. But other than that, I can find no complaints! Ok, one...the laundry or garbage carts(whatever they were)... were super noisy!! It sounded like a train coming thru! That's it. No more complaints from me! We literally walked to Legoland. And all other attractions were about a half hour away. Except Disneyland and Universal, they were a bit over an hour away. But very easy freeway access. There was a Ralphs supermarket within 5 minutes away, a Costco across the street. The beach which is breathtaking, was also across the street.

In the internet, this resort seems to good to be true. Well, it is. I had originally planned to stay for 6 days but, the deluxe 2- queen bed room was so so small, I had to get my family out of there. I only stayed for 3 days (I had 2 day Legoland passes). The room was probably designed for a single queen bed but instead, there were 2 queen beds crammed together. One of the beds was even up against a sliding door which could not be opened due to the mattress in the way. There was a small TV and a small table with only 2 chairs. Walking space was horrible and it really felt like being in a cage. Then the cleaning service. My room did not get serviced until 3 pm and the next day it was being serviced at 4:30pm. Then to top it off, there was water left all over the toilet seat and on the bathroom floor! I would definately recommend another hotel. I will not return to this one.
