My mother and I stayed at this hotel in July 2008 for a concert at the Pier 6 Pavillion and it was wonderful! Somehow I got the concert dates mixed up and we arrived a day early. The hotel had no problem accommodating us for an extra day and they were very understanding and helpful. The porter who helped us with our bags was very understanding and helpful and completely nice. We were treated wonderfully all around. The room was clean and neat and the views we had of Baltimore Harbour were amazing. The location of the hotel is excellent -- near all the food and shopping and there's a water taxi right outside the hotel door. The only thing I did not like was the toiletries in the bathroom -- the soap and bath products were extremely cheap and irritating to my skin. I would recommend bringing your own! But that is no reason not to stay here -- this is a top notch hotel and I will stay there again!

We had a great stay here in Baltimore. We were in town for the weekend to see the Pirates take on the Orioles.
We had a very clean and comfortable room on the 24th floor with a fantastic view of the Harbor. The location of the hotel is perfect and an easy walk to Little Italy, the harbor resturants and Fells Point. I would have to recommend Fells Point if you are looking for some different kind of shops and resturant/bars.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. We did not have any noice issues at all.
Our one strong complaint would be that you have to pay for internet access. This is a pretty high class business type of hotel and they make you pay for internet access? We were very shocked at that. We paid for the vallet parking service which was 39 dollars you may want to look into parking the car yourself in the garage that is next door if you drive.
Great weekend though and we would definately stay again.
