My main problem with this hotel was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room-really missed by an Irish tea drinker. They do a vast range of desserts but the breakfasts and dinners had little variety. I did not find the staff to be friendly or helpful although one member was-the room cleaner who had very little English but always had some comment to make when we met. and even taught me a couple of phrases in Portuguese The rooms were spacious which was great as I am disabled but never once did a member of staff offer any assistance.
