i was surprised on arrival to find that this hotel is classed as 4 star. there was none of the additional benefits avaiable that one expects in a place with this rating (for example a swimming pool, room servcie etc). My room was small, the shower tiny. I was kept awake most of the nights I stayed as the room is in no way sound proofed. The nearby clock in the Piazza chimes the hour every 15 minutes in addition to also letting you know the quarter hours and this goes 24 hours a day. I would highly recommend that you ask for a room that is very quiet to avoid this. I wouldn't stay there again
