The hotel’s own on-site restaurant, La Godenda, is renowned for its authentic local specialities from the Tuscan region, which are lent their own unique flavour by the restaurant’s chef.

Guest can enjoy organic produce from the farm, accompanied by a range of prestigious wines carefully selected by the hotel’s own sommelier. The range of products available includes specially selected olive oil, produced from olives grown in the hotel’s own organic olive groves. The hotel’s olive oil can be enjoyed in cooking or tasted in the traditional manner with toasted bread.
