Our room was very nice and very clean. Front-desk staffers were incredibly nice and helpful...the best out of our entire trip. Room is within a short walk from the tram which is a few stops away from the train station. Cheap alternative to staying in Basel, Switzerland. We stayed here and took the train to Lucerne for less than it would have cost us to stay there.
