The apartments may be occupied from 17:00 to 19:00 on day of arrival and left before 10:00 on day of departure.
Damage deposit: EUR 200 (or the equivalent in foreign currency) is payable on arrival and refundable at the end of your stay, once the property has been checked by the agency staff.
Torrent Api will not reserve the property for more than 48 hours after the expected day of arrival, unless the delay has been expressly notified before hand, with the understanding that this will not produce any reduction on the stipulated rental fee.
