No respetaron nuestra reserva (hecha con casi dos meses de anticipación), la cancelaron sin informarnos, y una vez en el hotel tuvimos que irnos a otra ubicación pues no había sitio en Vielha. He informado a las oficinas generales para que me aclaren que ocurrió y hasta el momento sigo esperando su respuesta. ¿Algo bueno? la ubicación y la apariencia. Definitivamente no volveré a reservar con la compañía HUSA, no tienen seriedad.
