Hotel Albrecht - Westerland, Germany 

Hotel Albrecht is located very close the Westerland railway station. Also the main pedestrian street is only a few hundred meters from the hotel so plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The beach is some 15 minutes walk away. There are some free parking places for hotel guests and we managed to find free spot every day. Rooms were clean and everything was in perfect working order. Staff was also friendly. Credit cards are not accepted so reserve cash if you do not have German EC-card. We booked the hotel through Sylt tourism web site and even though the reservation site was somewhat strange compared to usual hotel reservation everything was in order. The breakfast was included in the price and is fairly simple consisting of bread, cereal, cheese, yoghurt cold cuts and coffee/tea. Overall recommended hotel for seeing Sylt island and Westerland city. However during high season in Sylt everything is expensive in Sylt and the hotel is not comparable to similarly priced hotels in other parts of Germany.
