This historic building, originally owned by a local wine merchant, was completely redeveloped in 1983. After a 2 year period of extensive refurbishment it was opened in 1985 as a hotel and apartment-hotel.

In the half- timbered main building, constructed more than a century ago – you will find the majority of our Comfort and Comfort de Luxe bedrooms and apartments. In all of the rooms you will enjoy a high standard of old fashioned elegance, with beautiful soft furnishings and dark wood furniture to please the eye.The majority of our Comfort and Comfort de Luxe bedrooms are facing the river Mosel, with a spacious living room area and a separate bedroom mezzanine area up a small flight of stairs.
Just a few steps away from the main building you will find our guesthouse “Villa”. This is a more modern style with all the double bedrooms and apartments fitted out like self contained flatlets, with a small kitchenette and a separate mezzanine bedroom The villa is located on the promenade of the river Mosel.
