The first room I was given was nothing like the photos, old, dark and no internet connection. However the helpful young man at the front desk gave me a free upgrade when it was clear that I was unhappy. However - be aware - I was woken up at 6.15 am on the day I was checking out by someone purporting to be the management demanding I give my credit card details as they haven't been able to process my card. When I went down to the desk there were others who had had the same call. I acknowledge this is not the fault of the management or staff. There was also man who appeared drunk, with blood on his face, wandering in and out of the lifts which made me think security was really slack - this was about 6.30 am.
