Very centrally located NH hotel with the great interior design found in all NH hotels. Competent staff. Great services. Definitely the right choice for a Bayres stay.

Bottom line is that the hotel is nice and good value for its price. The location is not so good since it's in the business and government area, so at night it's a little dark and lonely, which makes it a bit uncomfortable. We had some problems during check-in, but they were solved by one of the managers, Luciano, which deserves only good words for his dedication and professionalism. The other members of the staff still have some learning to do. The hotel has two parts, the newest one, in which we stayed, is very nice and modern. Great breakfast and nice rooms. Can't give an opinion about the older part. Would probably go back to this hotel, altough I'd check other options first, mainly because of the area.
