We weren't looking to staying at the Ritz for the third time and decided to go with 4 Seasons. Everything from the check-in to room service to personal services like laundry & alterations was handled professionaly and VERY fast, most of the time much sooner than the time frame given. Our executive suite had courtyard & city views and while I'm not crazy about the shabby chic decor, it was clean and spacious. While the food was nothing to rave about, we tried the Swann Lounge for lunch, the friendly service made things a bit easier, especially when compared to the Ritz. Overall, the staff at the hotel is eager to please and does so, it seems like, genuinely. No problems with housekeeping encountered. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this property next time we're in town.

We stayed here for 1-night to treat ourself while passing through Philadelphia and loved everything about the hotel. We booked a standard room and when we arrived they upgraded us to an amazing beautiful suite! It was huge and even had 2 full-size bathrooms and a kitchen (service entrance). Room was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, and we fans of the enormous flatscreen TV. Great views of the city as well Wish we could have stayed longer!
