great lower end price hotel ($US77), service was expectional campared to other more expensive hotels I have stayed recently. I felt the staff were genuine and spoke really good english for a change.

Overall, the Liberty 4 is a good hotel for the money. I stayed in a single deluxe, which was quite spacious and while not amazing, was quite comfortable. The breakfast offered in the morning was nothing to gush about, but it was a good balance between Eastern and Western foods. The high of Liberty 4 was the friendliness of the staff. The front desk staff, the bellhops (do we still say that anymore?) and the manager were are very friendly and helpful. I needed a couple of presents wrapped for friends, which the bellhop took care of quickly, despite it being a seemingly odd request. In the end, the Liberty 4 is a good place to sleep, but the staff make it a good place to stay.
