Great location, great staff, great hotel

This charming hotel is located in a perfect spot to get to just about anything in Washington DC. Metro station is a short walk and the bus runs down 16th Street. The rooms are being updated though even the ones that have been yet are very comfortable. A nice continental breakfast is provided which includes breads, pastries, bagels, yogurts, cereals and more. The management and staff are very knowledgeable and happy to help provide you with restaurant recommendations and directions. Mornings and evenings on the patio are delightful. I will definitely return to this lovely boutique hotel.

My husband I were so pleased with our recent stay at this wonderful gem of a boutique hotel near Dupont Circle. Location was convenient for absolutely everything we wanted to do, and the front desk staff couldn't have been more helpful. Our room was cozy and quaint and the decor very pretty. We will certainly return to this establishment on our next trip.

Windsor inn is very poor. The Hotel is long from the Metro station, especially in the winter season. What it is very important thing, it is very cold. There are NO the radiator, NO the thermostat in the many rooms. They say it is a central heating radiators, but it doesn't work well. We had a baby, So we request the room is needed warmer more than, but they only said " Go your room, and wait". The only warmer in the room is very small wall hangings-heater, such as air conditioner. I wish Everybody don't go that poor hotel.

I was really pleased with the hotel. It has a very good location, actually I walked to the White House area a few times. Breakfast service was great, and the people at the hotel were always open to help us with directions and others. The only thing that could have been better is that they could have told us that the bathroom sink was actually in the same physical space as the beds. Thanks for a great stay!
