So I called what I believed to be the direct number for the Four Points in DC before booking and asked them if we could have 3 children in a double room for 3 nights of our stay with a rollaway bed. On our arrival, I reminded the desk agent that we would be needing a rollaway for 3 nights, and she said that it was against fire code to put a rollaway in a double room! I explained that I had called them before booking the room to make sure that we could do this and was told that it was no problem, and she replied that I had called a central reservations number, since there is no public direct line to the hotel. She offered to give us 2 king rooms with a rollaway in one, and I said great, and they ultimately ended up giving us the 2 rooms (which were right next door to each other, at the end of the hall, one was even a corner room which was bigger! So I am now a loyal Four Points customer; it's a rare thing these days to have such a high level of customer service and feel like you are valued and they really want your business. This hotel was very clean, the pool was great, the location very convenient, and the staff was fantastic!. Read review
