The location is in my opinion not near Union station and i think every hotel should have this available to 's guests. The lobby is nice and front desk team are helpful. Good size rooms and a coffee pot make a better value. . Read review

The hotel offers a free shuttle to Union Station is great and the high-speed internet is very useful to me. A coffee pot make a better value.

We ended up paying for multiple taxi trips to get us safely to a metro stop and train just in front of our window. Shuttle service to/from could have been every hour instead of only certain timing.

The availability of the free shuttle to the rail station was the decision maker for selecting the Hotel, the service was fine and the room was clean and comfortable. Also the staff member @ breakfast was great.

The shuttle was reliable between the hotel and the front desk staff was nice. Also rooms were gorgeous, breakfast was not a seller for us so we didn't care sucked.
