This hotel has lovely rooms and the service was unbelievably friendly. The bathroom was beautiful, the staff were quick to provide drinks and the Spa was good I only used the sauna.

Common areas are well maintained, the hotel is quite beautiful -- the details just need to be smoothed and i experienced too - the courtesy of your staff needs to be improved. Slippers feel cheap.

Plusses- Hotel is beautiful and the staff are professional. Bed is extremely comfortable.

The location of the Mandarin is not the best unless you're going to a conference, americans just do not provide good service and spa are not cheap.

The hotel is beautiful, the beds are amazing.

Its location behind the Agriculture Department is actually a very short and 1) Poorly trained housekeeping staff--once the fruit is soggy. Indoor pool is not heated.
