Terrible Service! One employee kept running us out of areas such as the 24hr.coffee, exercise room. It's like why do you have 24hr coffee if I can't feel free to help myself anytime and if I can't sleep and want to exercise, why can't I. The pool hours are terrible 5pm to 10pm, why do hotels even put in pools if you can't use them anytime????I love Hampton Hotels but NOT this one!! Did not feel like I was treated with respect, it was like I was a child who kept being run back to bed. Never stay here again. Employee kept saying I don't make the rules, like he was a parrott.

I don't normally rate hotels I stay in unless they are awful. I don't expect much...Just a bed, bathroom, and a TV. A fridge and microwave are nice too, but I don't have to have them. But I was blown away at how comfy and cozy this hotel was, and the fact that I paid less for it than I have other hotels that weren't nearly as nice really blew me away. The bed was like a cloud (very luxurious), the room looked clean from top to bottom, and so did the entire hotel. The HDTV was a plus as well...something not normally seen in most hotels, even today. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. Without a doubt, I would stay there again!

Family loved it

We had a family reunion and my sister blocked some rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites. I wish we did not have so many family plans. My kids loved the heated indoor pool, whirlpool. My wife and I enjoyed the fitness center. We put on our headphones and watched the tv that was attached to our fitness equepment. Breakfast each morning for my two boys and the wife and I was included each day. That was a big savings! After spending most of the day with our family, it was great to come back to our hotel and watch a movie on the 32 inch plasma. We will be back! Chris
