My trip cancelled and when I cancelled my room at the Holiday Inn Gaithersburg I was informed that the charge was non-refundable. Bottom line, I have never cancelled a room 2 days in advance and not gotten a refund. I will never book a room at the Holiday Inn Gaithersburg again.. Read review

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for a birthday getaway. The service we got from all the staff was excellent. The location is great being next to the mall and several shopping centers. But because our room was not cleaned properly and was dustier and dirtier than most hotels stayed at, we can only give 3-stars and not the 4-stars we would have given had our room been a little cleaner. All said, the Holiday Inn Gaithersburg is a good value for the money.
