The rooms were decorated nicely with nice TV. Staff was fairly friendly but did not tell existence/location of elevator.

The first room reeked of smoke and cleaning fluid in a non-smoking room. The electricity for bathroom and sink area went out one night and was fixed the next morning. The towels were very rough like sandpaper and not enough of them. Second room was better not facing street and not as stinky.

We stayed here for a week. During that time the doors computer lock locked us out five times. Our room was NEVER cleaned. The maid came into our room twice during the week. No cleaning was done either time. Just new towels. We even ran out of toilet paper! During one of the days I was woken up at 9:40am asking when I wanted my room cleaned and I said to come back in an hour. No one ever showed up the rest of the day! The television kept turning itself off and the sleep feature was never engaged.
