I have to say that this hotel is very pricy and the service is not worth your penny at all. I made a reservation with a week in advance requesting a nonsmoking king which was available online. I explained to the girl at the front desk that I had originally made a reservation for a nonsmoking king, and that if they didn't offer a king to put me in a nonsmoking room at least.

I have to say that this hotel is very pricy and the service is not worth your penny at all. I made a reservation with a week in advance requesting a nonsmoking king which was available online. As soon as I arrive they place me in a SMOKING DOUBLE BED! I still had to pay the same! I explained to the girl at the front desk that I had originally made a reservation for a nonsmoking king, and that if they didn't offer a king to put me in a nonsmoking room at least. She had the nerve to offer me a spraying can which is suppose to make the room smell better!! Are you serious???? I suggest to everyone not to go there at all!! They are sneaky!

Every employee I encountered was friendly and very helpful in several instances. The breakfasts varied each day and was plentiful. The staff should be very proud of their work. They made our trip very enjoyable.
