The Hotel as a whole was run down. The staff was nice enough but no one went out of there way to help us where we asked for directions or any information. The room carpet was dirty, which i could handle. But the bathroom was disgusting. it looked like the shower hadn't been cleaned and there were buggers on the walls...ewww. On top of that the room was non smoking but smelled like smoke. We had called ahead to let them know that we would like to check in early... they said it shouldn't be a problem. however once we arrived it was a different story. So i gave them our cells number to call us once our room was ready, they said it would only be an hour! 4 hours later...we finally get into our room! Then it turns out to be dirty...no thank you! Though the hotel is on the older side, it was worth the extra money. The rooms were small but well maintained. I stayed there on a weekend wichihc made parking difficult with an IKEA next to it, but it was a good stay. There is a development next to the hotel with a sandwich shop called Potbelly, you have to try it out! The service and food was great! On the down side, the room and bathroom were on the small side and there was almost no counter space in the bathroom. The attached restaurant was a wonderful experience with a relaxed family atmosphere, excellent food and attentive service. Older and small rooms, but clean and friendly.
We chose this hotel because it was close to Grandma's house and it had an indoor pool.
